The power structure was that of 3 equals with the orator in the centre. This was also the basis for Oda’s Emperor, followed by his 3 Excellencies.

The foundation members are the two members that laid the foundation for the power structure of The Divines. Without them, they could not exist as a unit. The eternal witness was the member that sought out to join everyone together.
