The Grand Preceptor of Oda. He is a noble lord, law maker and officiates Oda’s government under the emperor. He is father to Lady Carena. These two are the only ones that bear the name Kuroku which impressive due to how much weight this name carries. The name Kuroku is said to be world famous.
