After taking over the group that Emperor Taishoh was establishing, he completes the 12 member cap once he recruits Himiko Ama and Kenji Ryumai. Now that the group is fully established, we see them appear at times to aid or prevent certain world events from unfolding.
A ghost among world elites. Gensei is a mysterious figure that happens to lead The Covenant of The Twelve. He commands respect and has dominating authority without his appearance being known to the group. “Known only to himself,” Gensei is actually Roshi. When Roshi was “killed” by Satoshi Mikoto, he was recovered by a group of cultists that were able to resurrect him. These cultists, we later find, are two of his most trusted followers that worked in secret with Roshi and Emperor Taishoh.
