Reza has longed for the throne since the Kasparov twins replaced the borne Malakhov brothers. His aspirations were always inline with the splendour and responsibility of rule. He vied for the throne but Yevgeny was the perceived heir and succeeded the throne upon the old tsar’s passing.
During The Azzahi War, he rules over Urilea in Yevgeny’s stead. The war is unfavourable to the people and Reza begins to be seen as a better ruler for Urilea. The Empire begins to fracture and Reza establishes Western Uril, while Yevgeny maintains The Eastern Empire of Urilea.
The Grand Prince (Великий Князь) of Urilea, known as The Ghost of Olesia. Reza holds the highest rank in the land of Urilea, the Tsar excepted. His duties include wartime leadership, overseeing payment from lesser princes, judicial authority such as settling conflicts between territories, and negotiating with foreign states.
